How verification works
Before a listing shows the verified badge we confirm who is behind it: photo identification for an independent therapist, business details for a spa or agency, and evidence of massage qualifications and insurance. It applies to every plan, including the free one.

Questions therapists ask
Is it free to list on Massage Radar?
Yes. A Regular listing is free and shows your treatments, areas, rates and one photo in search and on category pages. Paid plans add placement, badges, more photos and a link to your website.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Clients contact you directly by phone or WhatsApp and pay you directly. We never sit between you and your client and we never handle the booking.
How do I pay for a plan and can I cancel?
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions through PayPal, which you can cancel at any time from your PayPal account. If you would rather pay by bank transfer, contact us and we will arrange it.
How long before my listing is live?
Once we have checked your details it usually goes live within one working day. We ask for evidence of your qualifications and insurance, or of the business behind a spa or agency listing, before the verified badge is shown.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can start with a free listing and upgrade whenever you want more visibility, or move down a plan at the end of a billing month. Your photos and profile text are kept whatever plan you are on.
